Information we receive

When you buy a digital guide, Spy Wizards receives the email address you submit, the product selected, the order reference, payment status, price, currency, confirmation timestamps, and download-use count. We do not ask for or store your cryptocurrency private key, wallet recovery phrase, card number, device password, or account password.

Payment processing

NOWPayments hosts the cryptocurrency invoice and processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Spy Wizards receives transaction status information needed to confirm the purchase and release the download. Payment identifiers are not exposed through the public order-status endpoint.

Digital delivery and receipts

We use your email address to send a receipt and protected download link, respond to delivery problems, and maintain a minimal order record. Download links are protected by a random token, expire after the stated period, and have a use limit.

Analytics

Our store records limited events such as product views, checkout starts, payment confirmation, affiliate-link clicks, and downloads. These events can include a product identifier, placement, page path, price, and currency. They do not include your email address, submitted passwords, private messages, wallet credentials, or payment identifier.

Affiliate links

Some monitoring-product links are affiliate links. The destination provider can receive referral information and will apply its own privacy policy when you visit or buy. Spy Wizards does not receive the credentials used to configure a third-party product.

Retention and security

Order records are retained for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, and support for as long as reasonably necessary. They are stored in a web-restricted directory. Download files cannot be accessed directly and are served only after an eligible order and token are validated.

Your choices

You may contact Spy Wizards to ask about an order, correct the receipt email, or request deletion where retention is not required by law, accounting obligations, dispute handling, or fraud prevention. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes.
